Why wouldn't you choose what's better? We are on the lookout for friendly folk to become the next customer service superstars in our Internode sales team. Here, you'll be the first port of call for our customers in the residential sales department.
HOT TIP: You don't need to be a tech guru to do this job - you'll get stacks of training from our experienced (and yes, they asked us to say this) awesome training team who will teach you everything you need to know before you hit the floor.
What are we looking for?
We dig individuality and are looking for fun-loving people people (not a mistype). We love a warm, calm and friendly phone manner and previous customer service experience in a sales environment is a must. You'll need top notch communication skills along with enthusiasm, flexibility and a love of change. It won't hurt if you are a fan of gizmos, gadgets and all things techy too!!
What you'll do
You'll spend your day speaking to people that actually want to talk to you, guiding sales enquiries in a simple language all while surrounded by an awesome team who will soon become your best mates. We provide a bunch of training, as well as ongoing coaching and support.
Being in a call centre, you'll be on the phone with customers for the majority of your shift wearing a headset. You'll also be comfortable working to KPI's (those are Key Performance Indicators for those of you playing at home) and love the challenge of exceeding them!
To become one of our superstars, you must be available to start 28 August 2017 and be available to work a range of shifts between the hours of Monday to Saturday 8:00am to 8:00pm.

We start you off on an annual salary of $39,000 plus super, a top-notch reward and recognition program that can lock away another $800 each month (That's a potential $9,600 bonus a year-hello shopping spree!), and you also get tenure based increases, so the longer you are here, the more you can earn!
