Customer Service RepresentativeiiNet is the 3rd largest ISP in Australia and we’re only going to get bigger from here. With over half a million dial-up, broadband and telephony services to support, we’re big believers in being genuine - providing friendly, plain-speaking customer service.
What you’ll do: Day to day, you’ll help make the world a better place, one connection at a time. Armed with extensive training, a trusty headset, desktop and Team support, you’ll take on a variety of customer calls - basic trouble-shooting, inbound sales, billing queries. In between, there’s team building exercises and plenty of social events to keep you happy. What you’ll need:
