Customer Service Representative

iiNet is the 3rd largest ISP in Australia and we’re only going to get bigger from here. With over half a million dial-up, broadband and telephony services to support, we’re big believers in being genuine - providing friendly, plain-speaking customer service.

Right now, our dedicated Customer Service Team is looking for an enthusiastic team player to join its ranks on both our iiNet and Westnet brands.

What you’ll do:

Day to day, you’ll help make the world a better place, one connection at a time.  Armed with extensive training, a trusty headset, desktop and Team support, you’ll take on a variety of customer calls - basic trouble-shooting, inbound sales, billing queries. In between, there’s team building exercises and plenty of social events to keep you happy. 

What you’ll need:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • A passion for helping people
  • Awesome work ethic
  • A great phone voice and champion communication skills
  • Flexibility and a willingness to work on a rotating roster
