Business AnalystiiNet is the 3rd largest ISP in Australia, with a healthy knack for innovation. Right now we’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our Business Improvement Team. Once you’re part of the team, you’ll play a key role in the collection, contribution, compilation and analysis of data. The work you do will assist with research and evaluation of iiNet projects and proposals. What you’ll do: Independently take ideas from conception through to implementation Carry out analysis to better understand customer behaviour and characteristics Formulate recommendations to improve customer retention and tenure Collaborate with other departments, to provide key input for strategic planning Use data and analysis to drive positive change throughout the business Prepare strategic and tactical presentations on all areas of business improvement Produce internal KPI reports on a quarterly, monthly and yearly basis What you’ll need: Tertiary qualifications in a commercial or quantitative discipline - Finance, Commerce, Engineering or Mathematics. 5+ years experience in an analytical role Expert analytical skills with a quantitative bend Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills Strong MS Excel skills Excellent attention to detail Good communication skills An ability to work as part of a team It won’t hurt if you have: Knowledge of financial analysis and valuations What we offer: Once you’re on board, we’ll set you on a path with plenty of development opportunities along the way.
