Customer Service Representative

We hope you're sitting down, because get this: working for an internet service provider isn't just for geeks. Yah huh, you heard right.

Take our friendly Customer Service team, for example. Carefully chosen for their way with people, these folks are down to earth, honest and refreshingly human. They're our first and best point of contact to customers - talking them through their queries in good old-fashioned English.

While it's nice to have folk on board that can, say, program a microwave or drive a manual, the thing we really look for in our staff is their human-ness (a word we've made up). So while we teach all new staff about the nerd stuff, all we want in return are friendly people who love to talk and know how to listen.

What you`ll do:

Working within a team of around 12 people and reporting to a very cool customer service manager, you will spend your day in a comfy chair with a great view of the office and speak to our customers as they call through. Talking people through their technical problems and solving their queries is what we do well, so once you join the team, you`ll be trained up, given support and expected to do the same. That being said, we know that talking on the phone all day can be tiring so we provide an awesome working environment to keep you energised and engaged!  What we like:

Ideally, our shiny new Customer Service Rep will be enthusiastic, flexible and great with people. They'll have a warm, friendly phone manner and great communication skills. Previous customer service experience is a must as you contribute towards our growing trophy cabinet for providing excellent customer service!
