What you`ll do:

Working within a team of around 12 people and reporting to a very cool customer service manager, you will spend your day in a comfy chair with a great view of the office and speak to our customers as they call through. Talking people through their technical problems and solving their queries is what we do well, so once you join the team, you`ll be trained up, given support and expected to do the same. That being said, we know that talking on the phone all day can be tiring so we provide an awesome working environment to keep you energised and engaged!
